FM COMPLIANCE AND MOBILISATION PROJECT 

Galliford Try is one of the UK's leading construction groups, working to improve the UK's built environment and delivering lasting change. The purpose of this project was to review and secure contracts for the surrey police property portfolio, working to a 'go live' deadline. Reviewing and bench marking existing and new costs on all disciplines across all sites whilst providing a compliance review.
